We’ve reached year 5 in kink and we’re celebrating it with an 80′s prom! Who wouldn’t have wanted to get super kinky fun time at prom? and, if you didn’t ever go to prom or thought it was lame, now we can recreate it to fit our fantasy. I’m still open to suggestions if there is something you’d like to see incorporated. (and I will probably regret writing that here). As always, I’ll have surprises in store!

No prom would be complete without crowning the King & Queen. Details for criteria will be posted closer to the event. There will also be a prize for the most gaudy prom dress and tux. Gender is irrelevant.

I am planning on putting together another book for Year 5, but how many are made is contingent on the number of requests I get for the book. Last year I only ordered 60 and a lot of people wanted copies after they all sold within 20 min.

This month will be a bit more intense than other fluffier Sabbat themes. We will be doing flesh hook suspensions, play piercings, blood play as well as the usual “whatever you want to do.”

Edge play is dangerous by definition. Playing with body fluids becomes very dangerous when factoring blood born pathogens into the list of risks. This month, Karcus will delve into mitigating the risks of playing with blood by explaining the risks as well as how to deal with these risks by means of safe practices. We will explore disinfection, cross contamination, sterilization, anatomy, and physiology. After all this is covered people will be given a chance to put needles in people (Karcus will volunteer his body for poking) or you can experience play piercings.

Play piercing and blood play class @ 8:15 sharp (ha ha get it, sharp). As with the last couple months, lights & music will not start until after 9:00.

A look into the future; March will be our 5 year Anniversary of Sabbat de Sade. Last anniversary I made a book of the last 4 years. This year I will make an additional book of the last year. If you have high resolution pictures you’d like included, please email them to photos@sabbatdesade.com. Images must be original copies or high resolution images. In contrast, if you would like to not have your image in the book, send an email to have your image excluded. I can only ensure that your face will not appear in the book. I cannot ensure that any part of you or your person may appear in the book, such as a leg or arm. I will do my best to protect the privacy of everyone who attends Sabbat de Sade within reason.

Deadline for images or requests is Feb 29th.

Last year we had a ridiculous snow storm and several years we’ve had to postpone for the safety of people who may drive. If the weather is bad, check to see if it’s been rescheduled.

For december we tried something a little different. We kept the lights on at 8:00 and the music didn’t start until 9:ish. We waited about 15 min for people to straggle in and had a surprising turnout for the class. I was thrilled to see so many faces eager to learn rope!

We are keeping this format for Jan and to warm up this winter we’ll be doing a fireplay class!

After thank, knocking papers off desks and giving spankings!!!

As always there will be plenty of play space and equipment to play with as well as lots of chairs, tables, and poles to tie people to.

Sabbat is just around the corner and only 4 days away! This month we’ll be featuring the latex vacuum bed which was made possible by donations from Platinum Wealth Management. Ours is transparent red, 62″x72″ to give you an idea of how big this is. Here’s a video clip I found to give an idea what its like.
